Beer Zonnegemse Zot
This amber colored beer is one of top fermentation.
After bottling it ferments a bit in the bottle.
Other useful information is eg. the fact that they are 33cc bottles, that the alcohol percentage is about 7.1%, and that we have been adding a little more hops for a few years now, completely in line with the current taste evolution of the moment. As a result, the brewing process now runs without sugar.

De Zonnegemse Zot is regularly served at events that take place in Zonnegem, whether or not in the courtyard of our brewery. Guests will certainly have the opportunity to taste one. The local catering industry also has our beer on the menu.

Last but not least: the income from the sale of the Zonnegemse Zot goes back in full to the renovation and maintenance of our Industrial Heritage.
